4. Service Engagement

Any project engagement with Film Roxx requires:

No project will begin without written confirmation and agreed payment structure.

5. Payment Terms

Payment structure will be defined in each project agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

A deposit is required before production begins
Remaining balance must be settled according to agreed milestones
Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received

Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

6. Revisions and Deliverables

Revision limits and deliverable formats will be specified in the project agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Film Roxx is not responsible for changes in client preference after project approval stages have been completed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project information
Securing necessary permits or location approvals
Ensuring talent releases when required
Providing timely feedback

Delays in feedback may affect production timelines.

8. Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled:

Deposits are non refundable once pre production has begun
Production days already executed will be charged accordingly
Non recoverable expenses such as talent booking, equipment rental, or permits remain billable

Full cancellation terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Film Roxx will not be held liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Business losses resulting from project delays caused by factors outside our control
Weather disruptions
Government regulations
Third party service failures

Our liability is limited to the total agreed project value.

10. Force Majeure

Film Roxx shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Acts of God
Civil unrest

11. Third Party Services

We may work with third party vendors such as equipment rental companies, talent agencies, or post production specialists.

Film Roxx is not liable for performance issues caused by third party providers outside our direct control.
